How do you feel to hear the word 'sake'?

Sake is a Japanese word meaning 'alcoholic beverage', which in English
has come to refer to a specific alcoholic beverage brewed mainly from rice,
and known in Japan as either nihonsyu ('Japanese alcohol') or Sake. This
article uses the word 'sake' as it is used in English. Sake is widely referred
to in English as 'rice wine'. However, this designation is not accurate.
The production of alcoholic beverages by multiple fermentation is more
characteristic of beer than wine. Also, there are other bevarages known
as 'rice wine' that are significantly different from nihonsyu.
We brew 'sake', it looks alike wine but it is not 'rice wine'.
We brew many kind of sake.
There are two types by material.
In WIKIPEDIA there is a sentence 'brewed mainly from rice'.
It means type from only rice (we call JUNMAI type pic - 4), and another
type is brew from rice and added alcohol during fermentation(we call HONJOZO
pic - 5 and FUTUSYU pic - 6).
We add alcohol for clear taste, not for fortified.
It is ordinary 'added alcohol'type in Japan. But we brew both.
And there are another classification in quality.
Limited high quality type we call GINJO (JUNMAI GINJO pic - 3).
Especially the best quality in GINJO we call DAIGINJO pic - 2 (JUNMAI DAIGINJO
pic - 1).
